Office Hours and Appointments

Appointments can be made by telephone during our regular office hours or via our website at www.DrMcEvoy.com. Your appointments will be confirmed by telephone or if you prefer, via our email confirmation system.

If you are not able to keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. We request a 48-hour notice for cancellations, so that your reserved time may be utilized by other patients in need of care. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments.

We have a 24 hour answering service for your convenience during an emergency situation.

We try to have our patients comfortable with all of our dentists. If your doctor is not available, one of the other doctors will treat your emergency needs.

Financial Arrangements and Insurance

We provide our patients with a detailed treatment plan outlining the costs of any proposed treatment at the new patient appointment and each time additional treatment is diagnosed. Fees are due within 60 days unless prior financial arrangements have been made. For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

Our staff will gladly help you determine an estimate of any insurance benefits prior to starting treatment. Please remember that insurance benefits are a contract between you and your insurance company. Deductibles, benefit payments and year to date balances can only be estimated. Your co-payment is expected at the time of service. We are always available to assist you in filing, reprocessing and appealing your insurance claims.
